How can therapy help?
Therapy provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It can help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in your life. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other challenges, therapy empowers you to overcome obstacles and achieve greater well-being.

Who is Stephanie Kersta?
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, Educator, and Consultant in the mental health field, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges using an eclectic and collaborative approach. Whether you’re working through complex emotions, anxiety, low self-esteem or striving for personal growth, I’m here to guide and support you in reaching your goals.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me traveling to new places, strolling through scenic trails, experimenting with baking recipes, or cuddling up with my adorable dog, Hemingway (who might just be the best therapist of them all!). 🐾
Let’s work together to create the changes you’re seeking.
